We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to own and scale the entire HR function for our fast-growing creative design studio. If you enjoy building people practices from the ground up and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for design, creative, and business roles
• Create a seamless onboarding / offboarding experience
• Manage HR operations , including policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systems
• Run performance management cycles and help structure OKRs / KPIs
• Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives
• Facilitate learning & development programs
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and scale-up strategy
