With a proven track record in Bangalore, we are now expanding through Academy Franchises and are looking for a driven Franchise Sales Head / Development Manager to lead this growth.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Sales & Development

Drive sales of 4Champz Academy franchises in Bangalore and nearby cities.

Handle the complete franchise sales cycle : lead generation → pitching → negotiations → closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

Work with the marketing team to run local franchise campaigns.

Attend / exhibit at franchise expos and networking events in Bangalore.

Build a strong pipeline of franchise prospects (schools, entrepreneurs, investors, communities).

Franchise Partner Management

Screen applicants to ensure financial and operational capability.

Conduct presentations on investment, ROI, and support model.

Build strong relationships to ensure long-term success of franchisees.

Strategy & Reporting

Identify new areas in Bangalore & Karnataka for academy expansion.

Share market feedback to refine franchise offerings.

Report regularly on leads, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

3–6 years' experience in franchise sales / business development.

Experience in education, fitness, or training industry preferred.

Strong negotiation, presentation & closing skills.

Bangalore-based, with willingness to travel across Karnataka.

Self-motivated, target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation (Bangalore Market Range)

Fixed Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Commission : ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per franchise closure.

Performance Bonus : Based on annual sales targets.
