We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations professional from the financial services industry to strengthen the HR processes at Monarch Networth Capital Limited. The role demands strong ownership of people processes, system accuracy, compliance, and employee experience across the organization. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving automation, consistency, and governance in HR practices as we scale rapidly across multiple business lines.
Functional Responsibilities :
1. HR Process Management & Compliance :
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
- Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in employee data, payroll inputs, and statutory records.
- Implement and monitor policies related to leave management, attendance, and HRIS accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements for a listed financial services organization.
2. HR Systems & Technology (HRIMS / HRMS) :
Act as the HR system owner ensuring data integrity, automation, and analytics.Drive digital adoption across employee self-service and manager self-service modules.Coordinate with tech vendors to streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance user experience.3. Employee Life-Cycle Administration :
Oversee offers, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations with complete documentation.Manage payroll interface, leave encashments, F&F settlements, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).Lead the exit process, ensure timely clearance and exit interviews, and derive actionable insights from attrition trends.4. Governance, Policy, and Reporting :
Create and update HR policies, SOPs, and HR governance framework to ensure uniform implementation across offices.Track and report HR metrics (headcount, attrition, attendance, leave utilization, etc.) to management on a monthly basis.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen control and efficiency.5. Stakeholder Management :
Partner closely with business heads, HR Business Partners, and Finance to ensure alignment of people processes with business goals.Support the CEO and senior leadership on HR analytics and compliance dashboards.Provide timely resolutions to employee queries with a service-oriented approach.Qualifications :
Post-graduate in HR (MBA / PGDM in Human Resources) from a reputed institution.Experience
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a financial-services or BFSI environment.Functional Competencies :
