AI Consultant (Prototype / MVP – Confidential Project)

Location : Remote / Bengaluru / Kolkata (Hybrid flexibility)

Role Type : Contract / Consultant (Project-based, 2–3 months with extension)

About Us

The Chulha Tales Kitchens LLP is a newly incorporated, tech-driven food-hospitality venture building India’s first AI-powered culinary intelligence platform — integrating menu innovation, data-driven consumer insights, and smart kitchen automation. We’re looking for a hands-on AI Consultant who can convert vision into a functional MVP prototype integrating Agentic AI, RAG workflows, and generative menu intelligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead AI development for our proof-of-concept (PoC) and MVP.
  • Design and implement LangChain / LangGraph / Agentic architectures.
  • Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and integrate with structured datasets.
  • Work closely with founders to build the AI layer of our culinary intelligence system.
  • Ensure complete data confidentiality and compliance with company NDA and data-security standards.
  • Collaborate with external hospitality consultants, chefs, and designers to refine data inputs and outputs.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise :

  • 2–6 years experience in AI / ML engineering or data-driven product prototyping.
  • Strong with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / Autogen / CrewAI / FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or AWS for scalable deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python, NLP, prompt-flow orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

    • Mindset & Compliance :

  • Proven ability to work under strict confidentiality and NDA frameworks.
  • Familiarity with professional indemnity or cyber-liability insurance preferred.
  • Willingness to sign company-issued NDA and service agreement before data access.
  • Comfortable with milestone-based payments linked to MVP deliverables.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience building MVPs for startups or food-tech / hospitality products.
  • Prior work with OCR + NLP pipelines or recipe-generation systems.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, market analytics, or AI-based recommendation systems.

    • Compensation

    INR 50 K –INR 1.5 L per month, depending on experience and scope. Performance-based project extensions and co-founding opportunities available after MVP stage.
