The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Community Head to lead our diverse program communities. You'll be the heartbeat of our mission — fostering engagement, building networks, designing powerful experiences, and turning community energy into both business growth and social impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead Communities : Manage multiple program-based communities through engaging sessions, activities, and events.
• Drive Engagement : Build vibrant ecosystems with creative initiatives — contests, challenges, user-generated content, and more.
• Plan Events : Design and execute high-impact events (virtual & offline), including formats for corporate partnerships.
• Fuel Growth : Unlock revenue opportunities via paid events, premium content, and partnerships.
• Build Sponsorships : Secure corporate, CSR, and philanthropic sponsorships for programs and events.
• Mobilize Volunteers : Manage and energize a volunteer base to support initiatives.
• Engage Corporates : Create and deliver event proposals for corporate clients.
• Content Leadership : Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media, and in-app content to keep communities thriving.
• Leverage Tech & Data : Use community platforms, CRM, and dashboards to track, analyze, and scale impact.
• Lead a Team : Mentor and manage 4–5 team members across community, events, and content.

What We're Looking For

• 5–6 years of proven experience in community management, event management, or related fields .
• Strong creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with community tech platforms & CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through community initiatives .
• Skilled in handling multiple projects and leading small teams.
• High-energy, self-driven, and passionate about building impactful communities.
