Job Description: Security Architect

Role Overview:

Responsible for designing and governing security architecture across core banking, payments, trade finance, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design security architecture for API development & integration, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and data exchange.

• Provide security oversight for core banking platforms including Finacle.

• Secure payment platforms such as Global Pay Plus (GPP) or Volante.

• Lead security design for Trade Finance systems, including Trade360 and blockchain-based workflows.

• Support ISO 20022 migration by defining security requirements for messaging and payment flows.

• Implement cloud security controls across Azure/AWS/GCP environments.

• Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and compliance assessments.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration security, and microservices.

• Experience with core banking, payments, and trade finance platforms.

• Understanding of blockchain security for trade finance use cases.

• Expertise in cloud infrastructure security.

• Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 security considerations.

Experience:

• 10+ years in Information Security with at least 5+ years in security architecture within banking/financial services.
