We're looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead – Remote Recruiter to lead and grow our recruitment team from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
• Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
• Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.
