• Calculate Audit sample based on the pre-defined approach.
• Perform process audits as per the audit plan.
• Documents the Audit observations in audit tracking file.
• Create reports based on the audits performed.
• Analyze root cause and trends of errors and quality scores and share the observations to QMS consultant and operations team.
• Share feedback with users based on the errors observed.
• Documents feedbacks on email / audit sheet as required.
• Identify process improvements based on the audit observations.
• Participate in daily team meeting to understand process updates.
• Conduct feedback sessions for the team on Quality awareness with the help of QMS Consultant.
• Actively participate in process related trainings.
• Ensure calibration between operations and audit team on process tasks.
