About this role :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a senior member. This role will involve leading a team of chefs, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all food served meets the highest standards.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Leading and managing a team of chefs to achieve seamless kitchen operations.
Maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Developing and implementing new menu ideas to drive customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities include :

Managing galley operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Taking charge of assigned areas in the absence of other team members.

Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas.

Requirements for this position :

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in premium hospitality.

Advanced culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, flair, and excellent cooking techniques.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
