Deputy general manager - Controllership

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements (including Consolidated Financials) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS).
• Managing and liaising with Auditors (Internal / External) for audit closures, including schedule submissions and responding to audit queries.
• Handling and deriving Finance projects like accounting software improvements, automations, process control enhancement, etc.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including board presentations.
• Analysing financial data for trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organization’s

compliance.
