CTC : ₹2,40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students in aviation, ground staff, and cabin crew modules.
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, presentations, and role-plays to enhance learning outcomes.
Impart training in grooming, communication skills, customer service, safety procedures, and soft skills relevant to the aviation industry.
Prepare students for interviews, assessments, and real-world workplace expectations.
Monitor and evaluate students' performance and provide regular feedback.
Ensure training content is up-to-date with current aviation industry practices and DGCA / airline standards.
Maintain student discipline, professional standards, and training records.

Requirements :

Graduate (preferably in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field).

Prior experience in the aviation industry (as Cabin Crew / Ground Staff) or teaching experience in aviation training institutes preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, grooming, and personality.

Passion for mentoring and guiding young aspirants.
