Role : Mental Health & Well-being Counsellor / Coach

We are seeking empathetic and professional counsellors / coaches who can support learners in building emotional resilience, managing stress, and navigating personal challenges. This role is about more than counselling — it is about being a safe space, a trusted guide, and a source of strength in times of doubt or difficulty.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential one-on-one sessions (online) for learners across different age groups.
• Provide support in stress management, anxiety, emotional regulation, and resilience-building.
• Help learners develop healthy coping strategies to manage academic, professional, and personal pressures.
• Create safe spaces for open dialogue without judgment, building trust and comfort.
• Identify when learners need specialized clinical support and guide them towards appropriate resources.
• Integrate supportive tools and assessments (including AI-enabled wellness trackers) while ensuring the human connection remains central.
• Deliver group sessions or workshops on themes such as mindfulness, work-life balance, and emotional intelligence.
