Freelance Cooling Systems Expert

Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Cooling Systems Specialist with a strong background in hyperscale data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Schneider Electric’s cooling install base, the ability to lead site operations, and a proven record of transferring technical knowledge within teams. Prior experience with Schneider Electric systems will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead on-site activities for cooling systems, particularly within hyperscale data centers.

Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SE Cooling Install Base equipment (Chillers, Fan Wall Units, CRAC, etc.).

Support system optimization and ensure operational efficiency across projects.

Provide technical guidance, upskill, and mentor local and project-based teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Participate in or support Uptime Certification processes as required.

Skills Required :

10+ years of site experience, specifically within hyperscale data center environments.

L4 certification (preferred) on Schneider Electric Cooling Install Base (Chillers, Fan Wall Units, CRAC, etc.).

Strong technical and diagnostic capabilities across complex cooling systems.

Proven experience in knowledge sharing and team capability building.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Willingness to relocate temporarily to KSA or travel frequently for extended periods.

Knowledge or experience with Uptime Certification is preferred.

Preferred Background :

Prior experience with Schneider Electric systems or projects.

Demonstrated success in similar regional or global field assignments.
