Job Description :

Reviewing all loan types including FHA, VA, USDA, Link and NHF loans.

Reviewing and validating the details of loan applications and closing documents.

Calculating, reviewing, and correcting errors on Interest rate, Principal amount, and loan term.

Analysing credit reports to assess risk and determine applicants' ability to repay the loans.

Verifying the credit histories, Personal reference, and Employment Background verification for each applicant.

Reviewing the documents using the loan review checklist for completeness and accuracy.

General knowledge on Hazard Insurance, DU, Note, DOT, Property Appraisal, Property Tax, Title, Loan Transmittal Summary, Closing disclosure, HUD and 1003 loan application.

Verifying about the property appraisal reports to check the Borrower's name, property address, sales prices, no. of units etc.
