Your Role

• Support development and execution of digital transformation roadmaps tailored to client needs and aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Contribute to all stages of digital / Industry 4.0 projects including requirement gathering, design, development support, testing, go-live, and value realization.
• Participate in diagnosing client challenges, defining requirements, and delivering actionable insights through PoCs, pilots, MVPs, and implementations.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, engineering, and IT to align digital initiatives, support change management, and drive adoption through training and upskilling.
