Client Services provides a world-class service experience to Visas clients that begins with pre-sales and continues through onboarding implementation of new products and services issue resolution and service optimization.
The Services Digitization organization within Client Services is dedicated to automating business processes and making client interactions with Visa straightforward intuitive and rewarding through the design development and delivery of enhanced digital experiences. As a member of Client Implementation team within Services Digitization you will play a pivotal role in driving the process automation and digitization of product configuration processes for Visas clients.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product management of high-impact client implementation automation solutions including the integration of enterprise platforms with a suite of internal and external systems and AI solutions. This role will drive cross-functional alignment solutioning and delivery to support our future product roadmap across multiple business domains in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and execution leader with deep product management experience technical fluency and a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges. They will be responsible for shaping the future of our platforms ensuring they deliver exceptional user experience operational efficiency and seamless integration with other Visa systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the integration roadmap for enterprise configuration platforms across key business systems
- Lead complex system & tooling integration projects to expand use case support including program and product management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business product technology client services and other teams to ensure alignment delivery and effective solution design.
- Lead product management for high-impact automation & AI initiatives and ongoing enhancement of existing capabilities including roadmap planning user research requirement writing backlog grooming and user acceptance testing.
- Gain expertise in the payments ecosystem and Visas configuration systems tools and processes to inform product strategy and execution.
- Monitor product adoption define KPIs analyze performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Apply structured and critical thinking to ambiguous multi-dependency initiatives using data to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
- Communicate product updates strategy and performance insights / reporting to executive leadership and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications :
10 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 5 years of work experience with a PhDProven product management experience ideally in enterprise SaaS platform integration or infrastructure toolingStrong technical acumen with ability to understand backend systems APIs and data architecture and quickly learn about technical systemsAbility to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable wayStrategic mindset with systems thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent program management & project management skills to lead multi-team and multi-dependency initiativesStrong knowledge & experience with emerging technologies such as Agentic AIExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presenceAbility to influence negotiate and drive results in complex initiatives ensuring that timelines are adhered to and any risks to the project are called out early.Strong customer-centric mindsetKnowledge of payment systems (e.g. card networks ACH) and bankingAdditional Information :
