About the Role
Dasro Consulting is expanding its footprint in India and is looking for a
proven IT Staffing Sales Leader
to spearhead client acquisition, build enterprise relationships, and deliver strategic IT workforce solutions.
This role is for a
hunter and relationship builder
— someone who knows how to open doors, win trust, and scale accounts. You’ll have the freedom to build the India business with direct access to leadership and full ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Grow Client Relationships
Identify, develop, and win new
enterprise and mid-market IT clients
across India.
Drive high-value conversations with
CXOs, Delivery Heads, and HR leaders
to position Dasro as a trusted IT staffing partner.
Manage and expand client relationships to maximize business growth and long-term partnerships.
Lead with Strategy, Not Transactions
Understand client priorities and design workforce solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Develop account growth strategies to expand existing relationships and revenue.
Be the Face of Dasro in the Market
Represent the Dasro brand at client meetings, industry events, and technology forums.
Provide
market intelligence
and insights to shape the India go-to-market strategy.
Maintain a
transparent and accurate sales pipeline , reporting progress to global leadership.
Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in IT Staffing, Talent Solutions, or Workforce Augmentation sales
(mandatory)
Proven track record in
acquiring and managing direct client relationships
— no sub-vendor experience
Deep understanding of
India’s IT talent ecosystem , hiring trends, and delivery models
Strong network within enterprise technology clients (BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, etc.)
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and outcome-focused mindset
Note : Candidates from
banking, BPO, or non-IT sales backgrounds will not be considered
for this position.
