Role Overview :

We are hiring a Junior Meta Ads Expert who is passionate about digital advertising and wants to build a strong foundation in performance marketing.

You will work directly with our ads team to set up, manage, and optimize client campaigns under guidance — making this role ideal for freshers who want to grow into a full-fledged media buyer .

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns

Support in setting up ad sets, audiences, and creatives

Learn to track and optimize campaigns for metrics like CPL, CTR, CPA & ROAS

Set up pixels, events, conversions, and basic tracking

Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives & copy

Prepare weekly performance reports and insights

Stay updated with Meta Ads changes, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For :

Basic understanding of Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager (preferred)

Strong interest in digital marketing & paid ads

Good communication and analytical thinking

Ability to work full-time in-office (Mon–Sat)

Eagerness to learn media buying and scale your skills

Nice to Have :

Basic experience running personal or project-based ads

Canva / design familiarity

Meta Blueprint certification (optional)
