We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong eCommerce domain expertise to lead QA planning, execution, automation, and quality governance across omnichannel digital platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10+ years of overall QA experience, including 3+ years as a Test Lead
- Strong functional understanding of eCommerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of test management tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience testing checkout, payments, order management, product catalog, search, promotions, etc.
- Understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Key Responsibilities
Hands on execution & lead QA efforts across multiple eCommerce initiatives (web & mobile)Coordinate and execute functional, regression, integration, UAT & end-to-end testingWork with product owners, BAs & developers to understand business requirementsManage defect lifecycle, root cause analysis, and quality reportingMentor and guide offshore testers
