Job descriptiongenceLoca tion : Hyderabad / Ch ennaiExperi ence : 10 - 15 ities : agents.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of AI / ML, data, BI, and full-stack engineers, fostering excellence and collabo ration.Drive AI solution development — including LLMs, multimodal systems, predictive models, and agent-based fram eworks.Implement scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring using AWS SageMaker, Docker, and Kube rnetes.Architect and optimize AI infrastructure leveraging AWS (Bedrock, AgentCore) and integrating with Azure ML or GCP as needed.Integrate AI seamlessly into products and workflows, collaborating with full stack and UI teams for user-centric ad option.Establish best practices for coding, experimentation, and responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and perfo rmance.Foster innovation and applied research in emerging technologies such as GenAI, reinforcement learning, and autonomous agents.Align AI initiatives with product roadmaps and track post-deployment success to ensure measurable business xperienceBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related di scipline.10–15 years of progressive experience in AI / ML, with at least 3–5 years in strategic or leadership p ositions.Demonstrated track record of designing and deploying AI solutions at scale in production-grade envi ExpertiseProficient in Python with expertise in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and sci kit-learn.Skilled in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Hugging Face for model development and d eployment.Hands-on experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG pipelines, and multimod al models.Proficient in AgentCore, AWS SageMaker, and Azure ML for end-to-end model lifecycle m anagement.Strong command of Apache Airflow, Spark, Kafka, AWS Glue, and Azure Data Factory for scalable data pipelines.Experienced with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for automation and d eployment.Deep understanding of AWS (preferred), with working knowledge of Azur e and GCP.Skilled in quantization, pruning, and distributed training to improve model efficiency and pe Soft SkillsExcellent communicator capable of articulating AI strategy and value to both technical and executive audiences.Proven leadership in building high-performing teams anchored in collaboration, innovation, and acco untability.Committed to responsible and ethical AI adoption, fostering trust and scalability across
