Role Summary : Responsible for 24x7 application monitoring, patch deployments, client support, and coordination for Oracle PL / SQL-based AML applications. Candidate should be flexible for rotating shifts and capable of handling technical issues, audits, and patch deployments.
Key Activities :
Monitor application services round-the-clock for seamless operations.
Respond to support emails and calls from bank teams.
Maintain a daily activity log (including ADV).
Handle security-related activities like VAPT, DR drills, AppSec compliance.
Perform monthly patch deployments.
Support development tasks based on requirements from the bank or support teams.
