Job Description : Social Media & Events Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid – Gurugram) PSYCHOLOGY BACKGROUND PREFERRED

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can combine creativity, strategy, and execution to strengthen the Kartik Naidu brand and its supporting verticals.

This is a full-time hybrid role (based in Gurugram with partial work-from-home flexibility) that blends social media management, content creation, brand optimization, and event / community coordination . The candidate will primarily lead digital growth and brand storytelling for Kartik Naidu , while also supporting Kaivora Club in community engagement, member onboarding, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content (Core Role)

Ideate, Develop and execute social media content strategies to expand brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage day-to-day content creation : posts, reels, stories, blogs, and video-based storytelling.

Optimize brand visibility using Social Media Optimization (SMO) and performance analytics.

Create organic collaborations with youtubers, podcasters, cross branding.

Ensure brand consistency in voice, aesthetics, and messaging across platforms.

Update and manage website, YouTube content, and SEO-driven writing.

Track and report performance metrics, identifying trends and growth opportunities.

Engage with audiences, build communities, and represent the brand in conversations.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Optimization.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a flair for compelling storytelling.

Charming, confident, and pleasing personality – able to represent the brand with poise.

Out-of-the-box creative thinker with an eye for visual and narrative detail.

Skilled in tracking analytics and applying insights to improve brand growth.

Ability to balance independent ownership with collaborative teamwork.

Experience in event coordination or community management is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media preferred.

Exposure to education, lifestyle, or luxury / community sectors is a plus.
