Client Acquisition & Revenue Performance :
- Acquire and engage clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 1 million or more using a need-based approach.
- Deliver exceptional volume and revenue growth through targeted client acquisition.
- Ensure effective product penetration by cross-selling and up-selling relevant banking products and services.
Client Relationship Management :
Manage and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized relationship management.Coordinate closely with internal teams including Service, Distribution, and Product to ensure seamless client servicing and support.Service Excellence :
Ensure consistent delivery of superior service standards to enhance client loyalty and retention.Monitor client feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain service quality.Skills Required
