Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing efforts, managing communication channels, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills
• Experience in Sales and driving sales initiatives
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Analytical skills to measure and improve marketing performance
• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
