HT Digital Streams is looking for an experienced professional (6+ years) to drive ad tech strategy, pricing, and monetization across platforms. The role spans platform pricing, audience selling (CDP), ad innovation, automation, and campaign performance optimization. You'll lead cross-functional projects, benchmark industry trends, deploy new ad formats, and partner with tech teams to enhance platform Responsibilities :
1- Platform Pricing
- Work on the Pricing Cell for Direct sales, and drive pricing across products.
- Drive overall platform pricing growth by ensuring the right mix of ads from various business units & ad innovations across products
2- Supporting Audience Selling Business (Customer Data Platform / CDP)
Drive the product roadmap for the CDP platform to enable salesCompetition benchmarking on CDP offering across the industry, and bridging the gap between Client expectations & product deliveryProgram managing data enrichment activity to ensure campaign performance3- Industry Benchmarking, Ad Innovation & development
Deployment of New / innovative Ad units & Pricing (CPM) which help improve CTR and / or absolute revenue through better CPMsAdoption rate of these New / innovative Ad unitsVideo Ads : Understanding the competitive landscape / Opportunity size, Creating the inventory & GTM deck for rollout leading to monetisationGlobal Competition benchmarking on new ad formats / revenue models4- Automation projects with in-house teams & external partners
Programmatic pricing by geography & platformAudience related : Cohort automation for CTR deliveryNew partner / capability identification / integration for Revenue uplift for Programmatic, Audience & Ad Ops5- Campaign performance KPIs / Operational Metrics
Ad ratio, Viewability, CTR, etc to be monitored for fluctuations & solved for with Product / Tech teamsProgrammatic partner implementation on site for Ads & Widgets6- Platform efficiency
Website audit to drive faster identification & resolution of issues; Any gaps in implementation / live environment to be highlighted & solvedWork with Tech to fix bugs caused due to Ad Partners, and ensure web vitals (CLS / PLT / LCP / etc) are Any Bachelor's degree. (Master's degree preferred).6+ years of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or a similar role within a media or tech company.Expertise in ad tech platforms, technologies, and tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, SpotX, The Trade Desk, etc.).Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic projects in ad technology and monetization.Strong analytical skills and experience in optimizing campaign performance based on data insights.Familiarity with web vitals and performance metrics (e.g., CLS, LCP, PLT) and their impact on ad serving.Familiarity with ad revenue models such as CPM, CPC, CPA, and their impact on campaign strategies.(ref : iimjobs.com)
