We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with hands-on experience in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and RBI compliance matters . The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of foreign exchange regulations, cross-border transactions, regulatory reporting requirements, Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in handling FEMA and RBI compliance matters related to foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), overseas direct investments (ODIs), and other cross-border transactions.
• Support in preparation and filing of regulatory returns and reports with the Reserve Bank of India.
• Review and maintain documentation for inbound and outbound remittances, FDI reporting, and share allotment processes.
• Monitor and update changes in FEMA / RBI regulations, circulars, and notifications, and assess their impact on clients or internal processes.
• Coordinate with banks, clients, and regulatory authorities for compliance queries or clarifications.
• Assist in internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
