What you'll do :
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As a Product Analyst, you will :
- Develop deep domain expertise in your squad’s supply chain product area to identify and address user pain points with clarity and empathy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive innovation and deliver scalable, efficient supply chain solutions.
- Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to inform data-driven design decisions and continuously improve product usability.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system across all internal supply chain tools, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a best-in-class user experience.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and support implementation.
What you'll need :
Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its full capabilities for design, prototyping, and collaboration.Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and methodologies, with extensive experience applying them across complex projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within cross-functional and diverse teams.Demonstrated success in solving complex design challenges and delivering intuitive, high-impact user experiences.2-4 years of experience in product analytics.Experience or background in supply chain domains is a strong advantage.Who will excel?
