Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Event Planner. The Senior Event Planner will oversee end-to-end event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of events. Daily responsibilities include creating event plans, coordinating with multiple teams, budgeting, managing logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with clients to understand their vision and transforming it into successful and impactful events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience in organizing a variety of events.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management to ensure efficient event execution.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
• Sales aptitude to develop business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and problem-solving expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in an events, marketing, or branding-related industry is must
