Job Title : Associate Recruiter (US Healthcare recruitment)

Work Location : Doon IT Park, Dehradun, UK

Salary range : Up to 3.5 LPA + Performance Incentives (Uncapped)

Experience required : 0-3 years (International calling experience is highly preferred)

Work timings : 6 : 30 PM - 3 : 30 AM IST (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Week offs)

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors or Masters (any discipline - Life sciences background are also eligible to apply)
Fresher's are eligible to apply
Prior experience in International Voice Process (US / UK / Australia) is a plus!

Role And Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for the US Healthcare industry.

Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications for the 'Phlebotomist role'.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.

Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
