Property Law Consultant

One of our premium Real Estate clients is looking to hire Consultant (Legal) specializing in

non-litigation (Real Estate Sector) having minimum 15 years of experience for their Project in Egattur, OMR - Chennai

Description :

• The candidate should have sound knowledge with respect to Investigation of title, title documents, drafting development agreements, Agreement for Sale and Sale Deeds.
• The candidate should be familiar with the process of calculating and distribution of the UDS in Projects which are being developed in Phases. The candidate should also be familiar with the local laws and amendments thereto including RERA laws and The Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 2022.
• The candidate should be able to handle the registration process with respect to documentation before various forums including the office of District Registrar.
• The candidate should have excellent drafting skills and be able to assist the Management in undertaking all the compliances required under various laws.
• The candidate should be able to deliver the work assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements :

Minimum 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in non-litigation preferably from real estate sector.

Job Location : Chennai

5 days a week working
