What you will do :

  • Executive Support and StrategicPlanning :

Work closely with the founder ondaily tasks ranging from operational planning to strategic initiatives.

Assist in the development andexecution of company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Coordinate and managecross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and consistency with the company's objectives.

  • Project Management andExecution :
  • Lead and support various functionssuch as sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product management.

    Track the progress of key projects,manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.

    Provide regular updates andreports to the founder and executive team on the status of ongoing projects.

  • Problem Solving and IssueResolution :
  • Address and resolve day-to-dayissues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

    Identify bottlenecks in processesand work with relevant teams to implement solutions.

  • Market Research and BusinessDevelopment :
  • Conduct market research andcompetitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

    Assist in identifying and pursuingnew business opportunities to drive growth.

    Monitor Internal and ExternalCommunications to spot new avenues of improvement & growth.

  • Communication and Coordination : Prepare reports, presentations,and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between theFounders Office and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

    Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience,ideally in a fast-scaling company.
  • Proven track record of strongexecution and achieving results in previous roles.
  • Experience in project managementand a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently,as well as part of a team.
  • Experience working closely withC-level executives or senior management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
