Architectural Intern at Urbanica

Remote only

Duration : Minimum 1 month

I'm looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica to help design thoughtful housing.

What You’ll Do :

  • Research zoning rules and help shape early site concepts
  • Sketch out layouts and schematic designs for residential and commercial projects
  • Assist with working drawings, permit sets, and basic construction documents
  • Build clean 3D models, renders, and presentations
  • Keep our drawings and docs organized and updated

What I’m Looking For :

  • Bachelor of Architecture student
  • A thoughtful design portfolio
  • Solid skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for design
