Digital Marketing Specialist - US Market Lead Generation

Position : Digital Marketing Executive (SEO, Google & Meta Ads) Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST

About the Role :

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital advertising and lead generation strategies for the US Market . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) , and lead generation , along with a passion for driving measurable growth for InteliX Systems and its healthcare business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Paid Ads Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads campaigns for maximum lead generation.

Conduct audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and ad creative optimization.

Track campaign performance, analyze data, and implement actionable insights.

Content & Social Media Marketing

Strategize and manage content across social media platforms to improve engagement and brand presence.

Create promotional content for newsletters, banners, videos, and ad creatives.

Engage with LinkedIn and other social platforms to strengthen the company’s digital footprint.

Website & Performance Optimization

Manage and update the company website via WordPress .

Coordinate with internal teams to improve site performance and user experience.

Support minor SEO activities to enhance visibility when needed.

Analytics & Reporting

Measure and report the effectiveness of all digital campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing performance.

Support the marketing team in campaign coordination, tracking, and reporting.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2- 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably US Market).

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Lead Generation.

Working knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics / Ad tools.

Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
