Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager EXIM / ICD / Logistics to drive business growth at ICD Dhanakya. The role focuses on export-import (EXIM) sales, rail logistics, and customer acquisition, while ensuring operational alignment with Rail Ops, ICD Ops, and Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EXIM sales & marketing for NCR region to grow train volumes from ICD Dhanakya.
- Acquire new customers from target catchment areas and competitor ICDs while retaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Map clients, identify improvement areas, and implement measures to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements; ensure timely payment collections.
- Offer end-to-end logistics solutions covering rail movement, ICD / CFS operations, and last-mile delivery.
- Build, mentor, and empower the sales team; set KPIs and review performance.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth execution.
- Plan train schedules and container movements; monitor market trends and competition.
- Generate MIS reports and analytics to aid management decision-making.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ICD, CFS, Rail Logistics, EXIM operations.Proficient in sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management.Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent oral & written communication skills.Team leadership and performance management experience.Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and market analysis.Key Result Areas
