Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and providing appropriate product or service information. The goal is to convert leads into sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential leads through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.
- Follow up on leads promptly to ensure maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead flow and closure.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Any stream1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales (EdTech preferred).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under targets and deadlines.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Perks & Benefits :
