Job Title : PR Executive– Web3 & Crypto Media

Location : Mumbai (India)

Reporting To : Founder

About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing, media-savvy PR Executive who can lead narratives for emerging Web3, blockchain, and crypto-first brands. If you've worked in B2B / Tech PR and have a growing or established interest in the Web3 media landscape, this role is for you.

You'll work closely with the founder to build out PR strategies, shape stories that are relevant and sticky, and drive visibility for clients across both traditional business and emerging Web3 media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead PR campaigns for Web3 / crypto clients — covering strategy, outreach, and execution
Develop compelling narratives, founder stories, and thought leadership angles tailored to crypto, tech, and business press
Own media outreach end-to-end — identifying key publications, journalists, podcasts, and Web3-native outlets
Write press releases, op-eds, media briefs, speaker bios, and POV documents with speed and clarity
Track media trends across blockchain, DAOs, DeFi, and Layer 1 / 2 ecosystems to inform pitches
Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align PR with broader campaign goals
Maintain and expand relationships with media across Web2 and Web3 geographies

What We're Looking For

4+ years in PR (with experience in B2B, DeepTech, or Tech)

Prior exposure to crypto, blockchain, or Web3 clients is a strong bonus

Demonstrated success in securing coverage in Tier-1 business, tech, or Web3 publications

Solid writing skills — fast, editorially sharp, and versatile

Comfortable with high-output work, shifting timelines, and quick turnarounds

Proactive and structured in media outreach, follow-ups, and calendar management

Nice to Have

Journalism or editorial background

Media contacts in the global Web3 / crypto ecosystem

Experience working with tech founders, VCs, or ecosystem players
