Job Description :

  • To cater to the creative campaigns for clients the role requires an expert understanding to leverage social platforms either as a broadcast media, or as narrowcast in designing engaging experience through insights, technologies, and expertise, with a constant test and learn approach.
  • The candidate will work closely with the client servicing team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.
  • Deep dive into analysis of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to come up with & articulate unique, differentiated insights.
  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns / pitches that will serve as an ideal springboard for creative team.
  • Prepare and present visual presentations with sharp POV & riveting narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social / digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • This could extend to competitive analysis.
  • Define the right advertising pressure to put in place to achieve the goals taking into consideration the objectives, challenges & budget limitation.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as and when required.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Post Graduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and / or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.
  • Preferably someone who can build detailed strategy case studies.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social / digital media environment with a strong POV to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Eye for innovation and the next emerging platform or partner to consider as part of a brand, social / digital strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly while collaborating with integrated team.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
