About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Location : Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)

Employment Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage and prioritize project timelines, deliverables, and sprint goals , ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as needed.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and IT — to drive Salesforce initiatives that align with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team.
