What we are looking for : We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in Power BI , Microsoft Fabric , and data analytics / reporting to lead a high-performing BI team.This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide developers, manage delivery pipelines, and ensure that BI solutions meet technical and business expectations at scale. You will oversee reporting initiatives across multiple business domains, drive governance and strategy, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and performant reporting solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers to deliver scalable Power BI and Fabric-based analytics solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of reporting projects — from requirement gathering to deployment and user enablement.
• Define sprint goals, manage work intake, and ensure deliverables align with stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct code reviews and performance optimization sessions for Power BI datasets, DAX logic, and Fabric pipelines.
