We’re Hiring – Head of Institution – Chennai (MBA Shipping & Logistics Education) (Immediate Joiner)

Location : Chennai, India

Position : Full-time | Senior Leadership Role

We are looking for a highly qualified and dynamic academic leader to head our institution in Chennai and contribute actively to teaching postgraduate students in MBA Shipping & Logistics and related domains.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (preferably MBA in Logistics / Shipping / Marine / Port Management / SCM / Operations / International Business ).
  • Ph.D. mandatory.
  • 15–17 years of educational / teaching experience in higher education.
  • Strong industry connect and exposure in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or maritime sectors (preferred).
  • Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in core logistics & SCM domains.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage entire academic operations at the client site, ensuring excellence in delivery.
  • Provide high-quality teaching with passion and commitment for MBA Shipping & Logistics students.
  • Guide faculty, oversee curriculum, ensure academic quality and compliance.
  • Foster strong industry partnerships for training, internships, and placements.
  • Drive innovation in pedagogy, assessments, and student development.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and academic planning abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire students and faculty members.
