Ai Assurance Lead

We are looking for AI Assurance Lead.

Role Objectives :

Test & Validate the functionality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

Expectations :

Working closely with the development team to design test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify potential data-related issues in the AI models. Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of GenAI products

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of data quality standards

Responsibility :

• Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models.
• Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviour.
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues.
• Document and communicate test results.
