Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Certification in SucessFactors Learning Management System

2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment

3. Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs

4. Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting

5. Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration

6. Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.

7. At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.

Good-to-Have

1. Multiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module

2. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.

3. Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools

4. Support the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD tool
