Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on executive or leadership hiring
• Proven success in Sales or GTM Leadership hiring for U.S. markets (
• must-have
• Expertise in headhunting, executive search, and passive talent sourcing
• Strong understanding of U.S. sales ecosystem — titles, compensation patterns, and cultural nuances
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM tools
• Techno-functional hiring exposure within Digital, Data, AI, and Engineering domains preferred
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and present insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

ability to work across time zones
