About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills to deliver large-scale hiring within tight timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Volume Hiring Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement high-volume recruitment plans aligned with business forecasts.
- Execute sourcing strategies using multi-channel platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, campus hiring, walk-ins, and vendor partnerships).
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.Provide regular updates and insights through dashboards and reports.Candidate Experience & Process Compliance
Ensure smooth candidate engagement and onboarding for large-scale drives.Maintain compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.Data Analytics & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion ratios, sourcing effectiveness) using Excel, ATS, and HRMS tools .Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies.Employer Branding & Campus Engagement
Represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events .Drive branding initiatives to attract talent for bulk hiring needs.Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in high-volume hiring across IT and Non-IT roles.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, ATS / HRMS systems .Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage tight timelines and large-scale recruitment drives .Preferred Experience
Prior experience in walk-in drives .Familiarity with vendor management and recruitment automation tools.Knowledge of DEI practices in large-scale hiring.
