About the Position

Position : Senior Frontend Developer

Location : Pune

Years of Experience : 3.5 – 5 Years

Responsibilities :

Lead the development of high-quality, responsive, and performant web interfaces using React, Next.js,

JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Implement modern UI design systems with Tailwind CSS and ensure design consistency across platforms.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to deliver seamless

and engaging user experiences.

Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Build and maintain modular, reusable React components with a focus on maintainability and scalability.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and bugs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Ensure UI development aligns with cybersecurity standards and compliance, when applicable.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a track record of delivering

production-grade UI solutions.

Expertise in backlog and stakeholder management.

Learning complex concepts quickly and hit the ground running

Willingness to learn, high on coachability, and execute in an extremely fast paced environment with extreme

ownership.

Superlative communication skills, both verbal and written - someone who can brainstorm when required and also be

tactical in high-pressure situations.

Obsessive attention to detail and a well rounded personality - willingness to leave behind biases and come in with an

open mind.
