Job Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue through demand generation and partner engagement in alignment with global priorities and growth objectives of the business. There will be strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities.
He / She will :
- Drive demand generation directly and via partners
- Align closely with Sales and Partner leadership
- Develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify Mphasis presence
The role will also support strong partnership with key stakeholders within the Marketing organization.
Responsibilities and Duties -
Create and manage the demand generation strategy, collaborating with sales and partner teamsDevelop and manage the marketing budget ensuring alignment with corporate goalsMaximize partner funding programs like MDF to drive co-marketing events, campaigns and solution GTM.Develop and oversee the demand generation strategy focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiativesGenerate the pipeline necessary to meet revenue targetsWork closely with Marketing Managers at Key Partners to drive planning, execution and performance management.Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Mphasis’ presence within the partner ecosystemCollaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local marketsMeasure and optimize program performance using KPIs and dataOwn and manage the Mphasis partner marketing budget efficientlyPartner with Sales Leaders and Client Partners to develop regional, account focused playbooks, including nurturing channel activities, live / online, and offline events with the goal of building and accelerating the pipeline.Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support and creative development to ensure effectiveness for partner marketing.Qualifications -
Overall 10+ years’ experience with at least 5 years of proven multi-channel or partner marketing large multinationals / IT firmsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiativesCloud and / or vertical marketing experience preferredProven success delivering pipeline and revenue through direct and indirect channelsCollaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindsetHaving worked with BFSI clients will be an added advantage.Specific Skills -
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM toolsUnderstanding of pipeline management and metrics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.Experience managing partner marketing funds.Personal Characteristics -
Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneouslyProactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.Education and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferredITSMA / similar ABM certification preferable
