Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding and managing partnerships with Travel Agents, Corporate Clients, and Event Management Companies , ensuring seamless coordination and long-term collaboration.
Location : Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
Work Type : Full-time | On-site
Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
️ Language Requirement : Candidates must be fluent in at least two of the following languages – Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil.
Qualifications
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, including travel agents, corporates, and event management companies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth setup, documentation, and account activation
Educate partners about company offerings, policies, and operational processes
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities
Drive revenue generation through active engagement, upselling opportunities, and cross-promotions
Work towards monthly and quarterly targets related to partner activation, retention, and revenue growth
Handle partner escalations promptly and ensure effective resolution to maintain satisfaction and trust
Maintain accurate and updated partner data , including contracts, performance metrics, and communication history
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to partner onboarding, support, and relationship management.
Prepare and share reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with management
Gather and analyze partner feedback to improve onboarding efficiency and overall experience
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen partner engagement initiatives
Requirements
Graduation in any field
1–3 years of experience - preferably in OTAs, Travel Agencies, Partner Onboarding or Client Servicing.
Must have proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and internal communication systems
Ability to manage multiple partners and deliver results within timelines
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience working with travel agents, corporate accounts, or event management companies
Background in hospitality, travel, or B2B services
