Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager MIS (Research) to join our organization. The role requires a strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation , along with excellent analytical and communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, analyzing key business metrics, coordinating with third-party partners, and actively participating in management discussions to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations highlighting key insights, trends, and business performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure smooth data flow and report accuracy.
• Discuss and present key data insights during management meetings to aid decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all data and reports.
• Conduct variance analysis , monitor key KPIs, and prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for better efficiency and visualization.
