Role Description

This is a full-time remote (Work From Home) position for an Australian Migration Assistant (Lawyer) .

The role involves providing both lodgement and administrative support for Australian migration processes. You will assist a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) in preparing and managing visa cases, ensuring all documentation and submissions are accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting in the preparation and lodgment of visa applications (482, 407, 186, 189, 190, 491, and others)
• Conducting research on migration laws, regulations, and policy updates
• Drafting submissions and client communications under supervision
• Managing case files, timelines, and document tracking
• Supporting the RMA in day-to-day case management and client handling
• This role is ideal for someone with legal or migration background who wants to gain hands-on experience in Australian immigration work, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
