Senior Executive : Fundraising & Partnerships

Key Roles and Responsibilities

a. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research CSR, corporate, family foundations, and institutional funding opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong fundraising pipeline with regular follow-ups.

b. Proposal Development & Compliance

Support development of proposals, concept notes, and pitch materials.

Coordinate inputs across teams and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

c. Donor Coordination & Relationship Management

Liaise with donors for updates, reports, and engagement.

Maintain donor records and support relationship building.

d. Internal Coordination

Gather program data and reports from project teams.

Work with communications for fundraising materials and ensure timely donor deliverables.

e. Strategic Planning Support

Contribute to fundraising strategy and partnership development.

Achieve annual KPIs and fundraising targets.
